I've been drawing and sketching since childhood, I'm considered good but not so much in my own opinion. I've never painted using oils and acrylics until just September 2025 to the exception of a single acrylic painting of a whale tale bursting out of the water in my 30s. It appeared photographic and has encouraged me to continue ... but I didn't :(

So I decided, now that I'm retired, to pursue my paintings. This page is to document my learning and progress chronologically.
